Vegas is full of options for all tastes and budgets, and more than 120,000 hotel rooms, and neither the ceremony or the reception are at a hotel, so just about any hotel that suits your fancy will work well. Due to the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament Final Four, this is one of Las Vegas’ busiest weekends. Occupancy rates will be near 100%, so whether you are staying at a suite at the Bellagio or a budget room down in Jean, book early!

We have reserved a small block of rooms at the Westin Casuarina Hotel, just off the strip on Flamingo Rd (behind Harrah's). This is our favorite place to stay in Vegas because it’s fairly affordable for a four-star hotel, and is a modestly sized property with the easiest walk from self-parking to hotel check-in to the elevators on the Strip (it’s also dog friendly – call the hotel for more details). Mention the Floyd/Christiansen Wedding to guarantee the special rate of $169 per night if you book before Feb 27, 2007 (versus $229/night or more without the special rate).
